Privacy Policy

1. What NotiMind does

NotiMind is a notification organization and reminder app. With your permission, it can read notifications shown on your Android device so you can review, search, save, organize, and create reminders from them.

2. Notification access

If you enable Android Notification Access, NotiMind may process information contained in notifications, including app name, notification title, message text, timestamp, notification image/media when Android makes it available, and related notification metadata.

Notification access is used to provide the app's core features such as notification history, search, saved items, smart rules, reminders, and opening the original notification when supported.

3. Where notification data is stored

Notification history and captured notification images used by NotiMind are stored locally on your device for the app's functionality. NotiMind does not operate its own remote server for uploading your notification history.

You can remove notification history from within the app or by clearing the app's storage / uninstalling the app.

4. Advertising

NotiMind uses Google AdMob to display advertisements, including banner ads and rewarded ads. Google and its advertising partners may collect or process device and advertising-related information in accordance with Google's own policies in order to provide, measure, secure, and personalize advertising where permitted.

5. Rewarded ads

Certain optional features, such as unlocking additional reminder sounds or selecting a custom sound, may require watching a rewarded advertisement. Whether you watch a rewarded ad is your choice.

6. Permissions

Depending on your Android version and the features you use, NotiMind may request:

• Notification access to read and organize notifications.
• Notification permission to show reminder notifications.
• Exact alarm / scheduling capability for reminders scheduled for a specific time.
• File or media picker access only when you choose a custom reminder sound.

7. Data sharing

NotiMind does not sell your notification history. Information may be processed by third-party services integrated into the app, such as Google AdMob, according to their own privacy policies and only for the services they provide.

8. Data retention

Normal notification history may be retained locally according to the retention period selected in the app. Saved or pinned items may be kept longer until you remove them. You can delete stored items from within the app.

9. Children's privacy

NotiMind is not designed specifically for children. If the app is offered to younger users in a particular country, applicable age and advertising rules should be followed.

10. Security

We use reasonable technical measures within the app to limit access to locally stored app data. However, no device or software system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

11. Your choices

• You can disable Notification Access at any time in Android settings.
• You can control which apps NotiMind listens to from within NotiMind.
• You can delete stored notification items from the app.
• You can clear all app data or uninstall NotiMind to remove locally stored app data.
• You may reset or limit your Android advertising settings through your device settings.

12. Changes to this policy

This Privacy Policy may be updated when the app's features, permissions, or third-party services change. The updated effective date will be shown at the top of this page.
